What is your Return Policy?

Return & Exchange Information

We're not happy unless you are. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date. Product that has been worn will not be accepted. We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged, excluding shipping charges.

Be sure to include the return/exchange information located on the back of the packing slip provided with your order, (or a letter describing the problem) along with your daytime telephone number.

Product Reviews

Product Reviews allows its customers to post reviews on items we sell. This is meant to contain honest and accurate opinions on our products. Since our website follows a professional business model, we have the right to monitor these reviews and make changes as needed. We will not, however, remove any negative comments if they appear to be valid. Any reviews submitted will be removed if found to contain any of the following:

Shipping and Sales Tax Information

Sales Tax Information

Sales tax applies to the state where the merchandise is being shipped.  Since Dockers® Footwear, a division of Genesco, Inc., is registered to conduct business throughout the United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

Shipping/Handling Charges

Our normal shipping method is via UPS ground. UPS will not deliver to P.O. or A.P.O. Boxes. Shoes purchased from will be shipped FREE via UPS Standard Ground Shipping. Express orders will have an additional charge depending on the express shipping method. See below for details. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Express Orders

For UPS 2-Day Air delivery, add an additional $10.00. For UPS Next Day Air delivery, add an additional $20.00.

To receive an express order, it must be placed prior to 12:30 PM CST Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12:30 PM CST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 12:30 PM CST on Friday, as well as orders placed over the weekend, will not be processed until Monday. Please note that this assumes all supplied information is correct, and that the product is available in inventory.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must go UPS 2ND DAY AIR

International Shipping
At this time, we can ship to Puerto Rico only. Please note that payment is in US funds, and any applicable taxes or duties are your responsibility. Orders are shipped via UPS Express, and shipping charges vary. A $20 surcharge is added to residential deliveries, and some oversized items may be excluded. All sales are final.
